Where it is
County and state, and a parcel number or a dropped pin if you have one. Whether it is near the water matters more than acreage.

Whether you own it, are under contract, are considering an offer, or are just looking. It changes what is useful for us to say.

What is wrong with it
If something is: standing water, a lapsed lease, a plan that will not sell, a neighbor’s fence. Most of our work starts as a specific complaint.

A single house, a working farm, a neighborhood, or no idea yet. Also what you would not want it to become.
Where we work.
Headland is licensed in South Carolina and Georgia, with particular depth on the Lowcountry coast. We look at inland and coastal ground, farm and otherwise, at any size.
If a parcel is outside where we are licensed, we will say so plainly rather than take the conversation further than it should go.
